My hands are shaking
My eyes turning red
Why are all the words I was remembering?
Not being said?
I’m nervous and light headed
I never felt this way before
My mind’s slowly faded
I never felt so sore
But then I remembered
A single question appear
“Would you have accepted
If tis’ words were asked with fear?”
Some would say
He’s out of your league
Little do they know
What I’m striving for is big
